1.1. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping domestically within Australia and to select International countries. These include: the UK, Canada, USA, France and New Zealand. If you would like to enquire about another international destination, please contact us.
1.2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. For pre-sale we offer only standard shipping. For orders within Australia, we ship with Australia Post.
1.3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as shipping method, destination, and package weight. You will be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
1.4. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. In instances of pre-sale, orders will be processed as stated in the description of the product. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons/holidays and pre-sale.
1.5. Shipping Timeframes: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
1.6. International Shipping: We offer international shipping at a higher rate to select international destinations. For international orders, we ship our smaller prints (30x30cm & 60x60cm) with Australia Post. Due to postage size limitations, our larger prints (90x90cm) are shipped through DHL. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Returns process:
You are ineligible to return products due to a change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged when you receive it please take photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
2.2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
